With automation of certain jobs becoming more popular this company decided that they would adopt the automation tool to perform a task that not everybody enjoys doing, it is actually the least popular task at the whole facility. IT was a job that entry level positions would be tasked to do, but this lead to a faster turn over rate. It is a dirty job so it only makes sense that they automate this position in an effort to slow down the turn over rate.
